I also am supposed to have Pro but every time I type my e-mail address so that I might be able to contact customer support it pops up that it is an invalid e-mail address. I've tried very many times but every time I get the same. Is there any way to chat to a customer support Representative without having to type in my e-mail address? Or are even a way to e-mail them telling them what my problem is?
