Is it possible to connect to specific people?
 

I'm not sure if this is the right forum area but, it seemed like the best place to post.

A friend and I were messing around with LimeWire today and decided to see if we could find each other through the program. We tried everything, including giving files odd names and put in each other's IP to connect to as a host. She was able to find me on there through one file but, couldn't browse and I couldn't find her at all. Are we doing something wrong? How would we achieve this?
