Can't even get past the 'getting started' (Pro problems)
 

Hi folks. I had LW a while ago. I recently bought a new PC and decided to purchase the LW upgrade or premium or whatever they call it for 24.99.

I paid with my credit card, and registered with my e-mail and password and all that stuff. It then said I would receive an e-mail with instructions and a download link.

I never got the e-mail, and without the link I can't get anywhere. When I went to 'help' and entered my e-mail, it said it didn't recognize me. There is no ph# anywhere on the website that I could find, so I can't contact them.

I called my credit card company, and the charge went thru immediately (big surprise there).

As I said, I have used LW before, so I have an understanding how to move around it and use it. But, I can't even get ON. Any help would be appreciated.

Which site did you purchase LW Pro from? Was there the option to buy Pro for 6 months for $24.95 or 12 months for $34.95? The reason I ask is because there's no password needed when buying from the official site Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent «

If you didn't buy from the official site (payment to LimewireLLC), your email address would never be recognised...it wouldn't be in the official database.

If you did buy from the official site, send a PM to limenathan (click on the blue link here) limenathan (click on link) and explain what's happened. Don't expect a reply until after the weekend, though;)
