I tried all the steps that I found hear nothing work can some help me.

I have Windows xp home edition

Norton Antivirus 2008

Windows Firewall

The Java its Up dated

Need HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

My firwall is still on after all the time trying to turn this sucker off. Please advice soon. I'v been send you all messages everday for the last two weeks. Help please.
