Pro Download Help

i'm having the same problem and its the same email i've used for everything.
i've been useing it with no problem until now.doesn't recognize my email.

How long ago did you buy Pro, who did you pay (check the vendor on your CC statement) & how much did you pay for Pro?

about 4 to 5 months ago and payed $19.95
and also i don't recall it having a time span then.
it didn't say anything about 6 months or a year
it just said pay this for pro.
as far as finding the payment i got o find out how i payed it on credit or bank card.
thank for asking if anything.

This link's to the official site, you'll see that it shows the price of Pro for 6 months & 12 months.

4 - 5 months ago, Pro cost $24.95 for 6 months & I'm pretty sure that it was still $34.95 for a year's worth.

So...it sounds like you didn't buy Pro from the official site. In that case, your email address wouldn't be in the official database & that's why it won't be recognised. Only people who've bought from the official site can download Pro installers from that site.

NO IT WAS THE OFFICIAL SITE I'M SURE

IT'S JUST THAT LIMEWIRE HAS GOTTEN VERY LAME.
I DON'T BOTHER WITH LIMEWIRE ANYMORE ANYWAY.
AND WHY PAY I'M AT ANOTHER SITE SAME THING AND YOU CAN JUST DONATE SOMETHING.
