![]() hi all, my name is Ian and I am new to limeware which I think is great, but I have one question which I hope some can help me with? my Operating System is windows xp my version of limeware is 4.16.1 my Internet connection is, Cable, my problem is when songs have finished downloading, most times I find it hard to find them! most times the only way I can find them is the limeware folder in program files in a file called incomlete ever know they are complete, can I chare this to make it easy to find them? thank you Ian |

![]() Program folder is one of the worst places you can choose to use as your download folder. Reason? If you update your LW program, it will remove all files from that folder during the uninstall/reinstallation process as it installs over that folder thus deleting it. So, go to your LW menu bar, Tools > Options > Saving & choose the Browse button to look for a new location. The default location is usually C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared. Normally the easiest way to access your downloaded files is to go to your LW Library window, click on Saved Files, then press the Resume button. ![]() |
