Clearing "Search" results

I downloaded Limewire today and have been successful at downloading music and burning my first few cd's !

One question I have is how do I clear my search bar ? Lets say I search for ACDC and then want to clear it from any future search functions, how would I do that ? If another uses my computer and enters "A", then ACDC will show up.

Any advice on how to clear my past searches would be appreciated.

Let's say you've searched for blahblah, just type b into the search box...you'll see the option to clear history, below the previous search term

Or, restarting LW will clear the history.

I did shut down Limewire and noticed that all of my previous searches are gone.
