I need an answer to a stupid question. While downloading my limewire, I kept getting all this copyright law information. I am not exactly sure what it means if something is copywritten? For instance If I want to download songs and then burn them to a CD is that breaking the Copyright laws?

Basically anything that you can buy retail has a Copyright. So, if what you are downloading and burning is available at the stores, then it's Illegal.
There are Files available that are Not Illegal, that are published under the Creative Commens License. Try Google |
