I purchased Limewire about 6 months ago and it worked fine until about 4 weeks ago. Each time I try to open music that I have downloaded, I get a message asking me to go to another web site and install software and click the license agreement. It is "play_mp3" site. I have tried over and over again to contact Limewire but they continue rejecting my email address. They say it is not the email address I used when I purchased limewire! This is the ONLY email address I have ever had.
I have changed Windows media player to be the default player but it will not save the settings.
What good is Limewire if I am unable to use it or get any kind of support!
Can someone help with the problem??????
