Limewire Pro Users Being Sued?

Hello

. I currently use limewire pro. I have not used it in a while because i am afraid that i will be sued for downloading copyrighted material. I dont care what people say "Oh yea its like a million to one shot youll be sued man" I SAY THEY ARE FRICKIN IDIOTS!!!!!!
P.S any help?
