think i was scammed

hello everyone,

my name is anthony broussard and this is my first time in the community but hopefully it won't be my last. i paid for limewire pro online and cannot get it to download and install on my computer. i sent an e-mail to where i paid by credit card to have the service. even though they responded still no luck in getting limewire on my computer.

any thoughts or suggestions. i need help.
