Limewire won't work and I don't know why
 

Hi, would be grateful if anyone can help me. I've downloaded the latest version of Limewire. When I try to do a search it says 'You are not currently fully connected to the network, your search may not return many results until you are fully connected.' And no matter how long I leave it searching it never returns any results. I looked under 'File' and it only has 'Disconnect' not 'Connect' available. No idea what else to try! Thanks in advance :)

Thank you for your help, sorry about my attitude, this is very frustrating and apparently I am not the only one who has these same problems. I have LW basic and had considered upgrading to PRO but have since changed my mind, If I upgrade I want to know that it works. Sorry for my outburst !!

Yea I'm sure your not the only one that is Frustrated. DON'T Pay for Pro If Basic doesn't work for you.
There seems to be a lot of problems with the Later Versions of LW, but you need to take the time to Read the Forums as most All of the issues have been discussed Many Many Times.
If you are interested in trying something different, Take a look at Phex. Its not quite as simple as LW, but might be very rewarding in the end. See Phex in my Sig.
If you continue to have connection problems, then post your system details here.
In this thread you don't exactly note what the problem really is, You just say that this is a Crock of Sh!t, :lmao: so I'm just guessing. :blink:
