One light on getting connected lights only

I dont know what I am doing hope I am doing correctly. I couldn't find where to introduce myself so hope you dont think I am rude. When I try to connect Limewire only one light on the indiactor glows. I did the test and it tested ok. I operate xp , adsl, and mcAfee virus soft ware, also spybot and adaware. I am not very computer literate so you are gonna have to tell me as plain as possible pleaseeeeee. I would be most grateful if you could help me. Kind regards, Kage

I believe that you can only run one spyware program at a time. So close one while the other one is running. After that one program finishes it's scan start the other one. Anyways, do you happen to know the model of your router?

I have been away i am sorry for late responce. I am using speedstream 5954. It is wi-fi . I operate macaffe to maintain my computer and and i run spybit and adware for checks on malware and other spyware. I dont know alot about computer. My limewire was working perfectly then poof wouldnt work. When you said about closing down virus ware which one do i do i am so scared to touch it. geez i wished you lived next lol

You are not going to believe what happened. The LW is working fine now maybe got scared cause garbagefan was on the trail. I dont believe it. Well hopefully it will stay working and i wont have to bother you again.
I have opened and closed it several time and it has worked every time. So touch wood all is good now.
