Your email has been removed because your account expired 6 months after you first purchased it. During that 6 months you could have redownload it as many times as you like, after that you have to repurchase it or d/load the Basic version.

Your right that you don't have to repurchase Pro after you've already bought it, but your also responsible for maintaining the copy you have. You should have made a copy of it from your old computer, either onto a disc, or an external hdd or something.
