How to put LimeWire songs into iTunes library??

I went to the Q&A,and I followed the directions. But I am so confused!!! What file (or folder) do i click on exactly?? Where do i drag the file/folder to?? The iTunes library or a playlist???

Thank you for your time. I am new to Limewire, so any help at all would be great.

At the very top of the iTunes playlists is the Library icon, drag & drop onto there. :)

Create a playlist within iTunes & drag & drop your preferred songs from the Library into it.
