Can you use LimeWire for MP3 players?
 

Hi, My name is Vannah. I recently just downloaded LimeWire :)

But I have an MP3 player. I downloaded songs already, like 3.
but I dont know if I can transfer them to my MP3 player. I dont know any othere website out there, to download and transfer songs free.

There are many different file types available through LW, and different MP3 players use different formats. If you cannot find songs in a format that is compatable with your player you can find software that will convert them.

After reviewing the instructions for your player, you can search here for more specific info.

my MP3 is very basic - an alba one. It dowloads form my windows media player (my CD's) no problem, but LM downloads winmap and I dont know how to tranfer them - they dont play at all. Can you tel me how to download LM tracks in a transferable format?:idea:
