Help Please (Paying for Pro again)

Hi I Bought Limewire Pro A Couple Of Years Ago And The Computer It Was Installed On Is No Longer Functioning.

Can I Use A New Computer, Re-install And Not Pay Again

I believe LW Pro service is available on a year-to-year basis.
