where do i go to start downloading?

Hi im brand new to all this.. i downloaded limewire and had it all working yesterday.. i have a link on my desktop to my folders.
How do i get in to start downloading today?
(sorry if this is a stupid question but i cant work it out..)

do you go to the folders or through limewire website...

I cant find the screen that i had yesterday where i search and pick songs
Help!
