Please Help my limewire wont open

Please Help my limewire wont open

Please can someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have downloaded Limewire version 4.18.6 but it doesn't want to open

.
The orange screen comes on then it just disappears. Please help I'm at my wits end
