Are you on an intel mac? If not, see Can't launch LW: Bouncing in Dock (click on link) & try those suggestions. Update your Java using the Software Update option under apple menu.

BTW you should have posted in the Mac OSX Installation or General OSX problem section, not the FrostWire (different program) section (I deleted your double-post).
