Launching song puts it in playlist???!

Every time I simply play a song, it automatically places it in the playlist area-which I don't want it to do...very annoying, is there a setting I can change to make them NOT go into the playlist and just play the songs??? Like on the old limewire versions.?

Best thing you can do is Stop using the LW Player. It's sub-par at best and has no Codex. Might look at this thread and choose an Alternitive Media Player. VLC seems to be one of the Players of choice here on these Forums.

I'm having the same problem. Is there a way to fix it or is it a "feature" of this new version of Limewire? I'm not interested in using another player. Someone please answer
Thanks

It looks like a feature of new version LW ... is true for my version LW which is LW 4.16. Programmers of some softwares are in their own reality world, not caring what the average person wants. Poor program management (lack of market research - target market for them is a word they see in comic books during their coffee breaks). They rarely even visit this forum anymore to see the Feature Requests section, instead are stuck in their own little small 2 dimensional world in their small coffee room size programming environment talking nerd talk to each other. Total arrogance from the program management. Lack of foresight will eventually be their undoing as it has been for software companies before them.

Thanks for the reply..I surprised more people don't complain, but I guess it falls on deaf ears anyway.
