Connection Problem

ok I tried going through the sticky to find my answer but no luck :/

http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ <---(test passed)
http://www.grc.com/port_6346.htm <---(port is closed)

I tried a few other ports all closed as well

Only firewall is the windows one. Tried it with off no help. Added the ports, same result.

Using Windows XP Professional verison 2002 SP3
Comcast Highspeed Michigan

Any help would be of great help and if any more info is need please just ask

1. Open lımewıre 2. Start .Run.you are wrıte cmd ınto ınbox coming ms.dos wındows and wrıte you netstat-an and you can see open the port ıf you dont see port you are try open the router port
