No Limewire Pro Download
 

Hello,

I purchased Limewire Pro and paid via paypal but did not hit the back button and did not get to do the download.

I have paid for it so how do I get to download it now?

Sales support will send you an email with a link to your personal download page. Bookmark that page. ;) Also at top of your receipt should be a link too I think.

Hello and thanks for the prompt response, while have a reciept from PayPal saying I paid advanced telecoms, I have no reciept from Limewire.

So where did I go wrong?

erm .. what does your paypal receipt say? I'm not sure about paypal, did not know they still allowed paypal payment. But for Credit card you will see as described at bottom of this post Upgrading to V 4.18 (click on link). When did you purchase it exactly?

On your receipt you should see paid to Lime Wire LLC. If that's not the case, then sounds like you did not purchase from the 'official' site.

Edit: I was adding it to the list to see it was already there in another form.
