upgrading again
I recently upgraded to pro, but now i am not able to use it because there is a new upgrade. SInce i just paid for my subscription to pro, i can not update to the new version because i would have to pay again. this is unfair. how can i get the upgrade without having to shell out more and more money?

Just go to your Personal PRo download page & choose the update.
 Go to the original email sent to you by customer support, click on that link, BOOKMARK that page.  However if you chose to buy their cheap no support/updates version single download pro version, then that was your choice.
