"there is a problem with your download."

Hi- I started using LM last week, seemed to work great! Today it recommended that I download the newer version, and I did so. The new version allows me to download music, but not video. I get an error message that reads "there is a problem with your download." I tried various formats and content with the same results. Am I doing something wrong?

Are you using LW 5? Which version?

LW 5 is new & I've never seen that error. If you post over at this other forum, LW's developers can give you an answer (I've got no idea whether 'problem with your download' equates to any error message from older LW versions).

thanks- looks like i am using 5.1.2, not sure what the previous version was, but i got it from download.com last week or so. i'll stick my question over in the other area.

I've noticed LW 5 seems to come up with disk problem errors more commonly than LW 4. Perhaps that's purely an incidental finding, not the rule. However it 'might' also point to a bug with this LW 5 version.
