totally lost with this limewire 5....cant see progress of song downloading or preview like in the old version.....cant see any bitrates either......what am i doing wrong?

thanks for reply....had another look at the L/W5.....got the bit rate bit.....does it have anywhere a preview button like in the old version as it allowed me to cancel the download if i didnt like the track.......if not will prob use the old version.....i'm on windows sp 2002 sp3....which old version is best to use?

LW 4.18.8 should be fine to use. Yes at this point in time, LW 5 is missing several tools LW 4 has. Probably will not be until later in year when some of these tools make a return.

Previewing is a little different in LW 5. You Right-click the downloading file & choose option to play it.
