Sharing ?

I am new to Gnotella and kind of confused. I want ot be able to share files with other people but I don't know how. This is probably a stupid question but can anyone help?

To share files in Gnotella, click the "Setup" button and then click the "Shared Files" tab. You can specify which folders and files you want to share on that screen.
