Some Msinsck.ocx thing?

I'm not understanding what is happening.... Everytime I go to start to search on gnotella it say's before hand that I don't have the file MSWINSCK.OCX I don't know what this is and I need help to see how I would get it....

Try download and installing http://activex.microsoft.com/controls/vb6/MSWinSck.cab
