How about an autodisconnect so those who are currently downloading a few 5mb files can go to bed, knowing that when they get up, they aren't still connected and have now racked up 200mb worth of d/l or 'through' traffic.
It's starting to get expensive, heh heh. ![]() Something like when there is no downloading or uploading going on, disconnect. |

You can disconnect from the gnutellaNet and still continue the downloads/uploads, you know. The file transfers are done directly between two hosts, using the HTTP protocol, and are totally seperate from the network aspect of Gnutella.

Umm.. How would I do this, or could you point me to anywhere that would tell me?

Simply select all your connections in the "gnutellaNet Connections" list and click the "Remove" button.
