Directories in the Web Interface
 

For the Web Interface could you possibly add a directory structure to it? When you accumulate alot of files the page tends to get messay and hard to read.
It could be as simple as having a folder name and indenting all the files in that folder (like how VB or VC++ indents all the code that belongs to a function) or as complicated as having a graphical representaion of folder with link to differnent pages for each folder.
I know you guys are busy on stability for the 0.7 release but could you note it for .8 or .9?
