misc. improvements

[Fireball]

1) add a possibility to move a file from the download list back to the queue (if someone want's to retry later, server down, ...)

2) save couple of stuff:
changes to window size
changes to the colums of the file details

anyway, best gnutella follow-up

PS: since version 0.7 seems to be perfectly stable (at least on my computer) i suggest to go after the prozessing time "leakage"; sometimes i have to wait 10 sec for a reaktion to clicks on an Athlon 650 with 256 megs of RAM.
