Run-Time Error '52'

When I try to open Gnotella 0.73, I get the message Run- Time Error '52'. What does this mean?

get the latest version of gnotella 0.73 and also get the latest VB6 Runtime files from ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/softlib/mslfiles/vbrun60.exe
