OKAY..OKAY.. So nobody can HELP ME!!

Downloaded the new version of gnotella and used alot.Now all of a sudden when i try to run the program in it says RUN TIME ERROR ''13'. I alredy downloaded that vbrum60 , but it still dont work. WHAT THE HELL ELSE CAN I DO????
CAN SOMEONE HELP?????
