Flatplanets and .vbs extensions will come and go. this technology needs to be user configurable.

I realized this could be part of spam and (when implemented) IP blocking. These two lists are created by different thinking processes and have different ways of management. separating the two lists will allow easier management.

Already I see web sites with recommended IPs to ban. By using seperate lists you allow drop and use of these lists.
