Help needed please???????

Hi Im not sure what is wrong

I have downloaded gnotella .73 newest vers.
ran the program and im not getting any responses on this program. it says
ONLINE: 0Hosts, 0files, 0,000Mb

CONNECTIONS: 1 OUT O IN O UPLOADS 0 DOWNLOADS

IM RUNNING WIN98SE ON A CABLE CONNECTION
SHARING IT OVER A WINPROXY SERVER.
THE HOST MACHINE IS IP # 192,168,1,1
IS THERE SPECIAL THING I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS PROGRAM TO WORK DO I HAVE TO REGISTER
OR WHAT >>>>>>>>>>> CONFUSED
