Gnotella will no longer run
 

I cannot get the program to run anymore. I've uninstalled and deleted all files left over. Run regclean to clean up the registry.
Reinstalled it with no luck. The program opens up and then I get a dialog box with the following: "Run time error '0'" I click the ok button and windows shuts down the program with the following message:

Anyone know how to fix this?

Just to add something that might help. I can launch the program in windows safemode. I think my problem has something to do with Visual Runtime in windows.

I am a new user of 0.9.9 and am now getting similar error messages when I startup Gnotella. This started happening immediately after I installed some RealNetwork updates (RealAudio, RealDownload, and others). Haven't found a solution yet, but I noticed if I do a clean re-install and bring up Gnotella before I bring up my Internet connection thinks work. However successive attempts with the Internet connection up repeatedly fails with page faults or access violations error messages. I use Norton Crashguard that tells me that Gnotella has now failed for similar reasons 17 times.

Any additional help or solutions are appreciated.

With reference to the Real player addons,its worth a try taking them out of the start up,I know real download puts itself in your start up,try taking it out,I've never been a fan of real stuff anyway,it is always flagging up my Zonealarm!

I get a similiar problem only mines says run time error 5 invalid call or arguement.
