Default server addresses changed again?

yes, i have the new hosts.txt, yes, i have added some extra addresses as mentioned by a guy writing in about 2-3 weeks ago, yea, i have added connect1.bearshare.net (& connect2,3,4...). gnotella was working last time i used it (about 5 days ago). now, all of a sudden i find i can't connect anymore.
does someone have any clue about this. do we have to change any addresses AGAIN?
is this in any way linked with the antipiracy operations going on with the US governament?
