cant get into gnotella after first use.

I used gnotella for about 3 hrs, I closed it and shut my computer down, I came back later to continue my previous download. But I cant get into gnotella, when it is loading there is an error it says "Run Time error 429 Active X component can't create object" what is this and how can I fix it?
any help is appreciated
