Gnotella keeps redownloading files !

I have version 0.9.9 of Gnotella and I have recently repeatedly seen it complete to download a file and then restarting to download the same file over and over again ! Can someone shed some light on this ?

I had someone do that to me. Came back to my computer and someone had downloaded a file 365 time from me and was trying to download it again when I blocked him.

I would try I better client like BearShare or if you are really desperate ie. using a Mac try Limewire.
