Crimes against so far:

Ripped off Gnucleus yet only distributes incomplete source code because some of the additions are incompatible with the GPL.

Ripped off the LimeWire EULA but forgot to change the references to LimeWire.

Ripped off the KaZaA/Cydoor EULA but forgot to change the references to KaZaA.

Engaged in flamewars on the GDF for the last two weeks.

Ripped off chunks of web site from various sources.

Mass mailed all Gnutella developers.

And generally alot of whining.

If he spams or floods you with emails then contact his ISP easy as that and press charges for copying your site.

Nothing wrong with that, people do it all day long with gpl code, good for them.

EULA? You must be the only one who reads those things, who cares? Copy away, and add some political statements in there too, no one reads anything anymore.

The GDF *is* a flame war, where have you been? Besides, who bothers with that forum anymore, it died long ago.

And you never did that? Come on, you know you did to create that cool personal home page no one visits anyway. Everyone copies everyone else. Car companies all copy each other, look at how many cars have only four tires, what a ripoff! Light bulb companies copy each other, why isn't there a different socket needed for each companies bulb? What about making money selling light bulb socket adaptors? What happened to that industry? Did it die because someone copied someone else? YES!! Stop the RIP OFF!
