I thought some of them are by ill script kiddies which want to spread their virii, others by p0rn sites to advertize without any costs, etc

I wanted to write a flooding programm against them some months ago, but i dunno if this is "legal".

I've read something about DoS attacks from the Gnutella net which can someone do anonymously, it would be funny to see their PCs crashed hehe
