Gnucleus 1.3.3.0 works even better on Windows ME than Napster. The UI is intuitive, the music selection good and it searches faster. However, when disconnecting, it would be better if (instead of the blue screen of death), it would ask whether you want to be nice and let uploads complete.

There is a version 1.32 of gnucleus, but it crashed heaps, on lots of different computers.
V1.33 is the latest right now and is very stable for most, judging from the postings.

I am looking forward for new versions of it, with heaps of new features.

One seems to be missing though: Where is the setting of which network one wants to use?????
What if I don't want to use ' GNUTELLA CONNECT/0.4 ' ????

Please ensure it stays an option.

'Gnutella Connect/0.4' is the network we all connect to.
Most clients let you set any other code/name you want, thus making the client only connect to others using the same code.
This let's you have your own private networks, which nobody else can access, unless they know your code/name.

It would be against the Gnutella protocol, disabling clients , so one cannot change the protocol/net name.

It looks like Gnucleus has removed this most important setup option!

You Gnucleus devlopers: YOU MUST ADD THIS SO IMPORTANT OPTION AGAIN!!!!!
