how to use Gnutella

I am new to all of this and would like to know how I can find instructions on how to use Gnutella? e.g the advanced tab - it says you must tick the return screen but I dont know where that is etc. Thanks!

:) this all new to me but i guess we have to start somewhere
has anyone tried and are using the latest ms software
(media plus super pack for winxp) if so how does it perform
as iam considering buying it to reclaim some of my record collection and put on c/d or dvd woulr appreciate some comments
