gtk-gnutella and the law
 

do you run the same (albeit small) risk of getting sued by recoed labels using gnutella? Is there a way to avoid being tracked when you transfer files or is the gnutella network somehow different from those used by kazaa etc? What do you all think of gtk-gnutella in terms of spy-ware and other privacy and security risks?
