Default Ultrapeer demoted after 60 minutes

I am running gtk-gnutella 0.96.5u-12314 on Ubuntu. I do not have a firewall, nor do I have any NAT.

I set myself as an Ultrapeer in Preferences and it works just fine for 60 mins (exactly!) after 60 minutes all connections are dropped and my connection changes to a firewalled Leaf.

Where is the logic to drop from Ultrapeer to Leaf after 60 minutes? Why does it decide I am then firewalled? I am not - not on my network anyway!

Completely repeatable. Ultrapeer for 60 mins then demote to Leaf.
Any clues?
Thanks
