I found after a long search a tv documentary on Phex. although i am able to preview it from phex, I now wish to copy it on a dvd inserted in my computer. (not to sell of course) For my own use. I am using a PC recently bought and i have never copied anything in such a way so this will be the first time.
Can somebody tell me how to proceed. thank you for helping. |

Try searching google for "dvd authoring gpl windows".
It should quickly get you what you need. GPL stands for GNU General Public License, which is the main free license. Software under that license is safe to use and recommend, as you have no use restrictions, and you are even allowed to change it yourself, as long as you allow others to change your version, too. Besides: I assume from you talking about it that the TV documentary was public domain. But even there the rules of this forum stand: Please don't talk (any more) about files.

Another way is to just insert the dvd.
Please search for "burning dvd windows" to find guides.
