How to Fix an Error

Hello Everyone, I clicked on files incomplete in error and all of my files turned red. How can I reverse this so the files I have downloaded can be shared.

Just to clarify a bit:
Phex is a Gnutella filesharing program like LimeWire, and it accesses the same network, but it isn't LimeWire, nor does it have the same codebase.
