Default Need Help: Can not get the Setup to install
After I have download a Zip file that has the setup file in it. I extract the file and try to install the program. I have tried this with several different programs and I receive the same problem each time.

Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

This here is one of the Phex boards - also a Gnutella p2p app which accesses the same network, but which isn't LimeWire.
