If you mean the forums...Phex is the only forum where I have ever gotten good responses. The others have been a waste of time.

The advantage is that if LimeWire doesn't answer, that "not answering" is official so there's some pressure to answer (not enough, though). Also by asking there we let the other Gnutella developers know about the problem.
