OK HERE I GO. I AM NEW TO THE FORUMS SO PLEASE TAKE IT EASY ON ME. I JUST MOVED TO FLORIDA AND GOT A NEW ISP ATLANTIC BROADBAND. I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS DOWNLOADING FILES MUSIC, MOVIE ETC... I FIGURED I WOULD CALL THEM TO FIND OUT IF THEY LIMIT P2P BANDWIDTH AND AS I SUSPECTED THEY DO.

SO MY QUESTION BASICALLY IS, IS THERE A PROGRAM THAT CAN CONFUSE ENCRYPT WHAT I AM DOING SO I CAN DOWNLOAD FILES FASTER THAN 1-100KBPS. IT'S NOT A FIREWALL ISSUE OR ANYTHING ELSE AND NO I CANNOT CHANGE ISP'S SO MAYBE SOMEONE HERE CAN HELP ME OUT.

I KNOW IT IS THE ISP BECAUSE AT WORK I HAVE DSL AND I AM ALOT FASTER, BUT HOME I CAN'T DO ANYTHING.
